简介:OnthebasisoftherandomamplifiedpolymorphicDNA-fingerprinting(RAPD)method,10morphospeciesofscuticociliatesfrom7genera,including15clonesof13strains,Uronemarnarinum,Uronemacfmarinum,Parauronernavirginianum,P.longurn,Metanophryssimilis,M.sinensis,Paralembusdigitiformis,Mesanophryscarcini,ParanophrysmagnaandCohnilembusverminuswereanalysedusing8oligonucleotideprimers.Thegeneticsimilarityamongtheclonesofthesamestrainmeasuredbyaband-sharingindexis0.97~0.98,while0.40~0.52amongstrains.Thisvaluemeasuredis0.39~0.46amongcongenersofthesamegenus,whereas0.16~0.47betweendifferentgenera.Adistancetreewasconstructedbasedon8-primeranalysis,inwhichthescuticociliatesinvestigatedwereseparatedintotwoclusters:oneconsistsof2genera,UronemaandParauronema,andtheotherwascomposedoffive,Metanophrys,Mesanophrys,Paranophrys,ParalembusandCohnilembus.ItisdemonstratedalsothatthemorphospeciesParauronemavirginianummaybeaspecies-complex,i.e.,itcontainsdifferentgenospecies.

简介:摘要目的探讨艾滋病合并SJS/TEN的致敏因素、临床特征和治疗措施。方法回顾性分析2014年7月至2016年3月本院收治的8例艾滋病合并SJS/TEN患者的临床资料。结果药物是引起SJS/TEN的最主要病因,粘膜损害和肝功能损害是最常见的并发症。本组患者应用糖皮质激素治疗、综合治疗、严格的口腔及皮肤粘膜护理,并取得了满意的疗效。结论艾滋病合并SJS/TEN应用糖皮质激素治疗有效,同时,严格的口腔及皮肤粘膜护理也非常重要。
简介:Presentstudywasconductedtocharacterisetenrice(OryzasativaL.)cultivarsviz.IET-23466,Dhan-201,IET-23448,MAS-946,IET-23445,IET-23463,IET-23455,PR-123,PR-115andIET-23449basedonantioxidants(totalphenolics,flavonolsandtannins),bioactivecompounds(phyticacid,gammaaminobutyricacid,tocopherolandreducedascorbate)andantioxidantactivity(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazylradicalscavengingactivity,hydroxylradicalscavengingactivity,freeradicalantioxidantpowerandtotalreducingpower)withanaimtoidentifycultivarscontaininghigherhealthpromotingcomponentsaftergermination.ThreecultivarsIET-23466,IET-23463andPR-123performedbetterasrevealedbyhigherlevelofantioxidants,bioactivecompoundsandantioxidantactivitybeforeandaftergermination.ThreecultivarsMAS-946,IET-23445andIET-23449hadmoderatelevelofantioxidants,bioactivecompoundsandantioxidantactivity.FourcultivarsDhan-201,IET-23448,IET-23455andPR-115performedintermediately.Strongpositivecorrelationwasobservedamongtotalphenolicsandtheantioxidantactivity.Phyticacidwasfoundtobenegativelycorrelatedtotheantioxidantactivity.OurresultshighlightedthatcultivarsIET-23466,IET-23463andPR-123holdgreatpotentialaftergerminationandwouldopenupausefulopportunityforthefunctionalfoodindustry,andconsumptionofthesecultivarsaftergerminationwouldaffordhealthbenefitstoconsumerssincetheycontainhigherlevelofantioxidants.

简介:多形红斑是皮肤科最常见的疾病之一,根据皮损形态可以分为三种:红斑-丘疹型、水疱-大疱型和重症型即Stevens-Johnsons综合征。Stevens-John-sons-综合征与中毒性表皮坏死松解症(toxic-epider-mal-neerolysis,TEN)是一个逐渐加重的系谱性疾病,皮肤剥脱面积小于10%为Stevens-Johnsons综合征;面积在10%~30%之间为TEN与Stevens-Johnsons综合征;大于体表面积的30%为TEN。杭州市第一人民医院皮肤科收治了1例皮损面积在25%左右体表面积的患者,并且有系统性红斑狼疮(systemic-lu-pus-erythematosus,SLE)病史又刚过围产期,病情危重。报道如下。
