简介:摘要:本文针对钢渣具有密度大、开口孔隙多、高导热系数等特点,导致钢渣沥青混合料在应用过程中存在一些技术难题,级配设计理论为体积设计理论,而级配曲线的通过率为质量通过率,现有级配范围不适合钢渣沥青混合料,提出钢渣沥青混合料级配范围及技术要求;保证钢渣沥青混合料的路用性能,延长拌和机湿拌时间10s∽15s,确保开口孔隙填充沥青胶浆,提高沥青-钢渣的裹附面积及黏结强度;配备足够数量的压路机,组织好碾压工序的衔接,防止因混合料温度下降过快,而导致压实度不足的现象产生,解决了钢渣沥青路面表面层施工中存在的多项技术难题,促进建设发展绿色交通运输体系。
