Abstract: With the rapid development of the global air transportation industry, airport operation safety management is increasingly valued. The application of information technology in airport operation safety management is becoming increasingly widespread. In the process of informationization construction of airport operation safety management, modern information technology should be fully utilized to innovate safety management models and methods, in order to adapt to the growing operational needs and safety risks of airports. This article aims to explore the construction ideas of airport operation safety management informatization.

Keywords: Airport operations; Security management; Information construction; thinking

The informationization construction of airport operation safety management mainly utilizes modern information technology to centrally manage and process various tasks and data in the airport safety management process, in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of airport safety management.

1、 Current situation of informationization construction in airport operation safety management

Some large airports and airlines already have advanced information management systems and facilities be prepared to comprehensively ensure aviation safety. However, due to financial and technological reasons, some small and medium-sized airports have relatively low levels of informatization and pose certain security risks.

In addition, both large and small airports have serious deficiencies in network security planning, leading to a lack of overall guidance for network security work in the entire unit. This not only leads to a lack of network security work, but also consumes a lot of manpower and material resources.

Therefore, it is necessary to increase investment in funds and technological research, enhance the driving force of information technology transformation, improve information management systems and equipment, while paying attention to network security work, and enhance the ability to predict and respond to fierce market competition.

2. Informationization construction plan for airport operation safety management

2.1 Intelligent Upgrade of Airport Safety Equipment: Through intelligent equipment upgrades, airport safety equipment can automatically identify and warn of various safety hazards, improve equipment self inspection and self repair capabilities, and ensure equipment reliability and stability.① Millimeter wave imaging security inspection technology: This is a revolutionary technology that uses advanced multi-channel holographic imaging technology, combined with deep learning model integration technology, intelligent privacy protection technology, etc., to perform three-dimensional imaging, automatic recognition, and automatic alarm of various potential hazardous materials hidden on the surface of the human body (inside clothing), achieving security inspection in seconds. Passengers can enjoy a non-contact, safer, and more efficient security inspection experience.② The application of artificial intelligence in luggage inspection: Some airports have adopted artificial intelligence technology, such as "luggage AI", which is an AI based model used as a threat detection system for security X-ray machines. It can automatically identify a large number of objects and other dangers from X-ray images generated during luggage security and notify personnel The application of biometric technology: In the future, major airports will choose to implement biometric identity management, and the main use of biometric technology is facial recognition. At TSA checkpoints, self-service stations, or boarding gates, passengers can use facial recognition scanners to identify themselves.

2.2 Digitization of Security Management Processes: Through digital technology, traditional security management processes are optimized and improved to achieve automation and intelligence of the processes. By utilizing big data analysis techniques, real-time analysis of airport safety data can be conducted to promptly identify and warn of various unsafe factors. The digitization of safety management processes is a gradual process, and the following are general steps: ① Data collection: using sensors and other devices to collect various data within the airport, including but not limited to personnel flow, passenger information, luggage information, meteorological data, etc.

② Data processing and analysis: Through data cleaning and analysis, identify potential security risks and predict potential problems Develop strategies: Based on the analysis results, develop corresponding security strategies, such as adjusting personnel deployment, configuring more security personnel, etc Execution strategy: Implement the formulated strategy and adjust the strategy according to the actual situation Monitoring and evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of executing strategies to ensure the achievement of security objectives.

In this process, each link is not isolated, but interconnected. The application of digital technology can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of security management, but also achieve more efficient information exchange and coordination, which helps to improve the overall operational efficiency of airports.

2.3 Centralized management and sharing of security data: Establish a comprehensive data management and sharing platform to centrally manage and analyze various security data at the airport, achieving data sharing and real-time updates. Through this approach, the efficiency and accuracy of data utilization can be improved, providing strong support for security management.

2.4 Enhancing the synergistic effect of safety management: Through information technology, information sharing and collaborative work among various departments of the airport can be achieved, and connections and interactions between departments can be strengthened. At the same time, a comprehensive safety management information system can be established to organically integrate various tasks of airport safety management, improving management efficiency and quality. In the exploration of the informationization construction of airport operation safety management, the centralized management and sharing of safety data are of crucial significance.① Centralized data management: By utilizing modern information technology, various tasks and data in the airport safety management process are centrally managed and processed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of airport safety management. This includes the intelligent upgrade of airport safety equipment, digitization of safety management processes, centralized management and sharing of safety data, and other aspects Data sharing platform: The airport operation management data sharing and integration application platform improves the quality of data sharing, resource integration effect, and security control ability by establishing a unified sharing platform, using a dedicated line link, and sharing a set of security protection.

2.5 Enhancing Emergency Response Capability: Through information technology, a comprehensive emergency response system can be established to monitor and analyze various emergency situations at the airport in real time, and timely activate corresponding emergency plans. At the same time, intelligent sensors and other technologies can be used to monitor and warn of airport emergencies in real-time, improving the speed and quality of emergency response.

3、 Development prospects of informationization construction for airport operation safety management

Firstly, significant progress has been made in the informatization construction of civil aviation safety management in China. Starting from the 1980s, after more than 30 years of development, the information infrastructure has rapidly improved, and a large number of information systems in the industry have been built and put into operation, achieving partial data sharing and analysis, providing support for security decision-making and industry supervision. For example, a nationwide operation monitoring platform and a comprehensive civil aviation safety information management system have been established, including a safety information management platform, flight quality monitoring base station, operation reporting system, civil aviation safety training management platform, and civil aircraft incident investigator management system, all of which can provide a communication and learning platform for the civil aviation industry.

Secondly, with the continuous advancement of technology, airport operations are facing digital transformation. Digital twin technology can comprehensively monitor and optimize airports, including flights, passengers, cargo, equipment, and other aspects. Through digital twin technology, airports can use data for real-time monitoring and analysis, predict and optimize various operational indicators of the airport. For example, airports can use digital twin technology to achieve real-time monitoring of flight and passenger flow, as well as optimize operational processes such as security checks and baggage transfer, to improve airport operational efficiency and safety.

Finally, the airport administrative approval system has also been optimized. By establishing multiple information platforms, such as the civil aviation e-government cloud service platform, the civil aviation e-government comprehensive office system (OA), and the civil aviation e-government mobile office platform, the electronicization, automation, and intelligence of administrative office approval have been achieved, improving the efficiency and convenience of administrative office approval.

4、 Conclusion

The informatization construction of airport operation safety management is an important means to improve the efficiency of airport safety management and emergency response capabilities. In the specific construction process, a scientific and reasonable safety management information construction plan should be designed based on the actual situation of the airport and the safety management requirements of the new era, providing strong support for the operation and development of the airport.
