简介：【摘要】 目的 探讨品管圈对降低急诊科实习轮转护士针刺伤发生率中的应用效果 。方法 通过建立品管圈、确定主题、对急诊科实习护士针刺伤发生原因进行调查分析，制定整改措施，比较品管圈实施前后的效果 。结果 开展品管圈后，急诊科实习护士针刺伤发生率明显降低，差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01)。结论 品管圈对降低实习轮转护士针刺伤发生率效果较好 。【关键词】品管圈；实习护士；针刺伤 Quality control ring to reduce the occurrence rate of the incidence of acupuncture injuries in internship nurses at emergency department . Methods Through the establishment of quality control circle, to determine the quality control circle theme, the emergency department intern nurses needling injury investigation and analysis of the causes, to develop corrective measures to compare the quality control circle activities before and after the implementation of the effect .Results After carrying out QCC activities, the incidence of acupuncture in emergency department nurses was significantly lower (P <0.01). Conclusion Quality control circle to reduce the incidence of acupuncture trainee better effect, it is worth promoting.
