简介：目的：探讨管道专项质控小组对管道护理管理的效果。方法成立院级管道专项质控小组，每月进行全院管道检查，每季度就检查结果进行反馈、分析、指导及质量追踪。以便利随机抽样法抽取本院护理管理者及护士200名，采用自行设计的《管道专项质控小组对管道护理管理的作用调查表》进行调查。结果87.1%～100%的调查对象认为管道专项质控小组能帮助护士提高认知、规范管道护理行为、减少或消除管道滑脱机率、持续提高管道护理质量。结论管道专项质控小组的成立，为持续提高管道护理质量及防止管道滑脱提供依据，从而保证深入开展管道管理工作，为患者提供优质的管道护理。
