简介:摘 要:预制微型桩基础是一种新型装配式基础,通过机械钻孔与桩底后压浆,实现桩与桩周土紧密结合,能够提高输电线路工程基础的施工效率和施工的机械化程度,缩短施工周期,降低现场施工安全风险,同时满足节能环保要求。试验研究和工程应用表明:预制微型桩基础承载性能好,相较传统基础可降低工程造价约16%,因此,预制微型桩在输电线路工程中具有较好的应用前景。 关键词:预制微型管桩 后压浆 管桩承载性能 Abstract: Prefabricated micro-pile foundation is a new type of fabricated foundation, through mechanical drilling and post-grouting at the bottom of the pile, the close combination of the pile and the soil can be realized, which can improve the construction efficiency and the degree of mechanization of the construction, shorten the cycle, reduce safety risks, and meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection..The experimental study and engineering application show that the prefabricated micro-pile foundation has good bearing performance and reduce the engineering cost by about 16% compared with the traditional foundation . Therefore, the prefabricated micro-pile foundation has a good application prospect in the transmission line engineering.
