简介：摘要目的探讨并分析急性缺血性脑卒中后血压变化规律及减压治疗对预后的影响。方法此次研究的对象是选择在256例急性缺血性脑卒中患者及240例非卒中患者的血压进行连续2周动态观察，并对116例伴高血压的缺血性卒中患者进行降压治疗。结果卒中组高血压的发病率明显高于对照组，卒中组血压以发病后入院时测为最高，在无降压治疗情况下，其血压迅速下降，5天内达病前水平，以后在此水平波动。轻中度血压升高的脑卒中组降压治疗显效率及有效率较非降压治疗组低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；伴较高高血压的脑卒中患者降压治疗显效率及有效率与非降压治疗组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论急性缺血性脑卒中轻中度血压升高不宜进行降压治疗，而对较高血压可采取降压治疗。
