简介:目的探讨CT对桥小脑角区肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的桥脑小脑角区肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的CT特征.其中听神经瘤9例、胆脂瘤4例、脑膜瘤3例、耳源性脑脓肿5例、三叉神经瘤1例.结果各种肿瘤的CT特征,随其种类而不同,如听神经瘤均位于内听道开口处,呈等或低密度团块,轻度均匀或环状强化.胆脂瘤呈球形或扁平形,球形位于硬膜外,密度不均,壁有钙化.扁平形位于蛛网膜下腔,边缘清楚,均匀低密度.脑膜瘤均具有典型脑膜瘤特征,明显强化.耳源性脑脓肿周边有明显水肿、囊壁清晰,囊内呈均匀低密度.三叉神经瘤跨中后颅窝伴岩锥尖骨质破坏.结论桥脑小脑角区肿瘤各具特点,CT能提供明确诊断.
简介:【摘要】目的:分析肿瘤早期诊断中采取肿瘤标志物检测效果。方法:参与此次研究的研究对象为2021年1月-2021年12月期间收入的肿瘤患者,共计100例,将其设为实验组;将同期来我院进行健康体检者100例纳入到对照组。对上述两组患者采取肿瘤标志物检测,对其检测结果进行分析对比。结果:由研究结果数据方面上可见,实验组cA125、cA199、CYFRA21—1、NSE以及cEA阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肿瘤早期诊断中采取肿瘤标志物检测,具有较高诊断准确度,能够对患者的病情予以明确,有助于病情早期诊断和治疗,可见此种方法在 肿瘤早期诊断中具有重要意义。
简介: 摘要:目的 研究血清肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白、癌胚蛋白、 CA199、 CA125、 CAl53、 CA72—4、 NSE、 CYFRA联合检测在消化道肿瘤临床诊断中的价值,探求其对消化道中例患者预后治疗的作用。方法 从 2017年 8月— 2018年 9月期间来我院就诊的消化道肿瘤患者中随机抽取 124例作为研究对象,作为研究组;并将同期来我院进行健康体检的 124例健康人员作为参照组,分别予以检测 8项血清肿瘤标志物。实验结束后,将两组患者的检测结果以及联合检测的特异度、敏感度等情况进行比较分析。结果 与参照组相比,研究组患者的 8项血清肿瘤标志物水平明显较高;且联合检测的特异度( 98.6%)、灵敏度( 89.9%)明显较高。结论 多项肿瘤标志物对消化道肿瘤具有不同的辅助诊断价值,联合检测可提高其诊断价值。 关键词:消化道肿瘤;多项肿瘤标志物;联合检测 Abstract: Objective To study the value of serum tumor markers alpha fetoprotein, carcinoembryonic protein, CA199, CA125, cal53, CA72-4, NSE and CYFRA in the clinical diagnosis of digestive tract tumors, and to explore their role in the prognosis of patients in the digestive tract. Methods from August 2017 to September 2018, 124 patients with digestive tract tumor who came to our hospital were randomly selected as the study group, and 124 healthy persons who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time were taken as the reference group, and 8 serum tumor markers were detected respectively. At the end of the experiment, the detection results of the two groups of patients, as well as the specificity and sensitivity of the combined detection were compared and analyzed. Results compared with the reference group, the level of 8 serum tumor markers in the study group was significantly higher, and the specificity (98.6%) and sensitivity (89.9%) of the combined detection were significantly higher. Conclusion multiple tumor markers have different value in the diagnosis of digestive tract tumors, and the combined detection can improve the diagnostic value.
