简介:体操棒练习是轻器械练习内容之一。它是在徒手体操动作基础上,手持体操棒有节奏地进行身体各部位的练习,具有全面锻炼身体的价值。体操棒为木质,长1—1.2米,直径约2—2.5厘米。少年儿童可稍短些,约60—100厘米。无专用棒时,可用小竹竿、树枝或向日葵杆代替,也可以用短绳折起来代替体操棒。因而在中小学中较易开展。特别在西藏地区场地器材不足的情况下,采用体操棒练习既简单又新颖。体操棒练习有单人、双人和集体练习。它以身体练习为主,也可以做为游戏练习,常用在准备活动、基本部分和身体素质练习中。可提高兴趣、活跃课堂气氛,也可用作基本部分内容进行学习。第一节:上肢运动(四八拍)
