简介:利用"CMA-STI热带气旋最佳路径集"、NCEP/NCAR再分析资料及地面加密观测资料,分析了2001年0103号台风"榴莲"陆上维持及暴雨增幅的大尺度环流特征。结果表明,"榴莲"登陆后正好位于低压带中,中纬度西风槽加强南伸,构成典型的"北槽南涡",阻碍西太平洋副热带高压西伸,使得"榴莲"陆上长时间维持。西风槽后的西北气流将中纬度冷空气输送至低纬,在"榴莲"环流北部外围与东南风暖湿气流汇合,有利于强降水发生。此外,索马里和100°E越赤道气流增强显著,加强西南季风,从阿拉伯海东部,经孟加拉湾和中南半岛中南部,直至南海北部到广西大部形成一条完整的水汽输送带,充沛的水汽直达"榴莲"东北侧,有利于该时段暴雨增幅。低纬夏季风10~20天低频振荡处于极端活跃位相时,低纬低频西风偏北及低频水汽向北输送至广西南部,有利于低层辐合并提供充足水汽,对"榴莲"暴雨增幅有重要作用。
简介: 【摘 要】目的:探讨优质护理在同期不变换体位胸腔镜下双侧肺大泡切除患者运行效果。方法:回顾性统计分析实施常规护理 20例患者和采用优质护理 20例患者的护理资料,实施常规护理为对照组,实施优质护理为观察组。比较两组患者满意度、拔管时间、住院时间、住院费用、肺不张和肺部感染发生率。结果:观察组患者拔管时间、住院时间、住院费用、肺不张和肺部感染发生率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( p<0.05)。观察组满意率为 90%,对照组满意率为 35%,观察组满意率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( p<0.05)。结论:对同期不变换体位胸腔镜下双侧肺大泡切除术患者实施优质护理,增加了患者满意度,并有助于提高手术成功率,促进患者康复。 【关键词】胸腔镜;肺大泡;优质护理 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the operation of patients with bilateral bullae resection under thoracoscopy. Methods: the nursing data of 20 patients with routine nursing and 20 patients with high quality nursing were analyzed retrospectively. Routine nursing was the control group and high quality nursing was the observation group. The patients' satisfaction, extubation time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, atelectasis and the incidence of pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups. Results: the rates of extubation time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, atelectasis and pulmonary infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90%, and that of the control group was 35%. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the high-quality nursing for the patients with bilateral bullae resection under thoracoscopy without changing body position at the same time can increase the patients' satisfaction, improve the success rate of the operation and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
简介:从污泥表观干燥动力学人手来研究污泥干燥并进行数值模拟,根据在自制实验台上测得的圆柱污泥的干燥失重曲线,采用等温热分析动力学的基本原理,得出了污泥干燥失水率与时间的关系式,这一关系式说明污泥干燥时间与包含失水率的多项式呈线性关系,其斜率作为研究污泥表观动力学的重要参数之一,与干燥温度及污泥特征尺度有关。根据实验结果拟合出描述斜率与干燥温度及污泥直径3者关系的表达式,验证实验表明,拟合斜率值与实验值接近。拟合斜率值可估计污泥干燥所需时间,这是一种定量描述污泥干燥速率的方法.对进一步研究污泥表观干燥动力学有重要意义。
