摘要
Fromtheperspectiveofdemographicchangeandeconomicgrowthrespectively,thispaperdiscussesthechangesoftrendsinlaborsupplyanddemand,andconcludesthatunlimitedsupplyoflaborhasendedinChina,whichisclearlyreflectedinthephenomenaof"difficultyinrecruitingnewworkers".Thefundamentalchangeintherelationshipbetweenlaborsupplyanddemanddoesnotmeantheabsoluteshortageoflabors,butitdoesmeanthatsufficientsupplyoflaborswillbedeterminedbyreasonablegrowthofpayforworkers.ThepaperalsoexploresthegeneralsituationoflabormarketinChina,andconcludesthatjobcreationisstillapriorityinspiteoflowunemploymentratebecauselaborparticipationratehasdecreasedforlasttenyears,whichisaseverelabormarketoutcome.Atthesametime,thestructuralproblemsinlabormarketarebecomingmoreandmoresevere.Torealizesufficientemployment,itisstillnecessaryforChinatoguaranteeeconomicgrowthwhileimprovingjobqualityandincreasinggainsofworkersfromtheeconomicgrowth.
