摘要 Abstract:Aphysiologicalactivefactor-r-oryzanolinricebranwasstudied.Ther-oryzanolwasseparatedandidentifiedbythinlayerchromatograghy(TLC),reverse-phaseHPLC,semipreparativeHPLCandelectrosprayionization/massspectrometry(ESI/MS).Itsindividualcomponents,cycloartenolferulateand24-methylenecycloartenolferulatewereobtained.Aneffectivemethodtopurifyandseparatether-oryzanolisprovided.Whichisusefulforfurtherresearchonthefuctionalclaracteristiesofr-oryzanolandforthedevelopmentofnewricebranproducts.
