摘要
【摘 要】目的：探讨并分析大剂量抗氧化剂与地塞米松联合治疗百草枯中毒的护理体会。方法：此次研究的对象是选择 2017年 6月至 2019年 5月 38例 PQ中毒的患者，将其临床及护理资料进行回顾性分析，认为采取综合措施，及时消除毒物防止毒物继续吸收，减少对重要脏器组织的损害。结果：将尚未与血浆蛋白结合的 PQ吸附出来，减少肺损害，改善进行性呼吸困难。结论：严密观察病情变化，及时采取相应的护理措施，做好口腔护理、心理护理、健康教育，有助于提高患者的生存率，降低死亡率。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore and analyze the nursing experience of high dose antioxidant combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of paraquat poisoning. Methods: 38 patients with PQ poisoning from June 2017 to may 2019 were selected in this study. The clinical and nursing data were analyzed retrospectively. It was considered that comprehensive measures should be taken to eliminate the toxicant in time to prevent the continuous absorption of toxicant and reduce the damage to important organs and tissues. Results: PQ not bound to plasma protein was adsorbed to reduce lung damage and improve progressive dyspnea. Conclusion: it is helpful to improve the survival rate of the patients and reduce the mortality rate to observe the changes of the disease, take the corresponding nursing measures in time, and do well in oral nursing, psychological nursing and health education.
