Theoretical analysis of radiation-balanced double clad fiber laser

Inthisletter,atheoreticalmodelofradiation-balanceddoublecladfiberlaserispresented.ThecharacteristicofthelaserwithYbdopeddoublecladfiberisanalyzednumerically.Itisconcludedthathighoutputlaserpowercanbeobtainedbyselectingoutputcouplingmirrorwithlowerreflectivity,improvingYbdopedconcentrationandchoosingfiberlength.Thisresultcanhelpustodesignradiationbalancedfiberlaser.
