川东北地区中高职护生 到养老机构就业意向的调查与分析

摘要：随着我国老龄化进程的加速，养老机构发展日益受到社会重视。目前来看，养老机构仍然存在护理人员专业水平低、护理质量不高等问题，不利于老年护理工作的开展，老年人的晚年生活质量无法得到保障。中高职院校是为养老机构输送护理人才的重要基地，因此调查中高职护生养老机构就业意向具有重要意义。文章将对川东北地区中高职护生养老机构就业意向进行专业调查，并分析调查结果，探究中高职护生就业意向，提出针对性对策，旨在促进养老机构持续发展，也为中高职护生就业提供专业指导。

Abstract: With the acceleration of the population aging process, the development of elderly care institutions has received increasing attention from the society. From the current point of view, there are still problems such as low professional level of nursing staff and low quality of nursing care in elderly care institutions, which is not conducive to the development of elderly care, and the quality of life of the elderly in old age cannot be guaranteed. Higher vocational colleges are an important base for the transfer of nursing talents for senior care institutions. Therefore, it is of great significance to investigate the employment intentions of senior care institutions for senior care nursing students. This article will conduct a professional survey on the employment intentions of middle and senior vocational nursing students in the northeast of Sichuan, and analyze the results of the investigation, explore the employment intentions of senior vocational nursing students, and propose targeted countermeasures aimed at promoting the sustainable development of senior care institutions. Occupational nursing students provide professional guidance.

中高职院校是我国护理人才输送基地，对于我国老年护理研究工作影响重大。基于我国人口老龄化加剧，社会愈加重视养老机构等组织建设工作情况^[1]。老年人体弱多病，需要接受专业护理措施，提升老年人晚年生活质量^[2]。中高职院校一直是护理人才主要输送基地，了解中高职护生就业意向可以提升学生就业率，也便于中高职院校教师为学生提供专项就业指导，促进我国老年护理工作的开展^[3]。故此，文章以川东北地区中高职护生作为调查研究对象，了解其就业意向，调查研究报道如下。
