Inthispaper,thephenomenononcollapsibletubedisplacementoscillation,anewbehaviorofthecollapsibletubepuisatileflowhasbeenstudied.Theexperimentsshowthatthecollapsibletube,inwhichtheflowisperiodicpuisatileintheupstream,willoscillateasasimplesupportedbeamwhenitiscollapsedtocertainextent,andthatifthetubeiscollapsedcontinue,thisoscillationwilltendtoweakandcompletelydisappearlastly.Ananalyticalmodelcorrespondingtothecollapsibletubedisplacementoscillationanditsgovernedequationsaresetupfromtheexperimentbackground.Byanalysingthemodelandsolvingtheequations,thecollapsibletubedisplacementoscillationpatternandtheoscillationoccurringordisappearingcriterionareobtained.Theresultspredictedbythisstudyareinagreementwiththoseobservedfromexperimentphenomena.
