简介:摘要为了实现对分置式燃气供热系统中热交换器进水流量的精确调节,设计了一种以ULN2003为驱动芯片、以水流量比例调节阀为执行机构、以IAP15W4K58S4为控制器的单片机控制系统。本文详细介绍了该控制系统的硬件和软件设计,为了应对现场复杂的环境,在软件控制策略上做了进一步的优化。实际现场应用表明,优化后的控制策略大大的提高了系统的可靠性,并降低了维护成本。
