简介：目的：探寻针刺治疗心脏过早搏动的有效方法。方法：64例心脏过早搏动患者随机分为观察组（n=33）和对照组（n=31）。观察组施以调心安神针刺法,穴取灵台、神道、内关、百会;对照组针刺内关。两组分别在治疗前后各进行一次动态心电图检测。结果：观察组总有效率63.6%（21/33）,对照组总有效率38.7%（12/31）,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺调心安神法是治疗心脏过早搏动的较好方法。
