简介:本文通过化学成分测定、金相分析、热处理工艺调整及力学性能试验,对造成30CrMnSiA模锻件冲击值不合格的原因进行了分析研究。结果表明:锻造过热组织及硅含量偏高造成了其冲击值不合格。本文就如何提高其冲击值提出了建议。
