简介:Inthepresentpaper,thegraphicalmethoddeterminationofoptimalweldingparametersofGMAWisdescribed.Somequalitycomplexcriteriathataretheratioofweldsizeshavebeenproposed.Thesecriteriaallowoptimizingtheshapeoftheweldmetalzone,reducingthelikelihoodofhotcracksformation,andreducingthestressconcentrationoftheweldatthetoe.Intheproposedmethodology,theearlierdescribedequationsconnectingtheweldingparametersandthewelddimensionsofmildandlow-alloysteelsareexplored.Determinationoftheoptimalweldingparametersiscarriedoutgraphicallytakingintoaccountthevarianceoftheweldingparameters.Anexampleofusingtheproposedmethoddestinedtodeterminetheoptimumweldingparametersisprovided.Itisshownthatitsaccuracyissufficientlygoodforapracticalapplication.
简介:Inthispaper,theX-raynondestructivetestmethodofsmalldefectsinprecisionweldmentswithcomplexstructurewaspresented.Toresolvethedifficultyofdefectsegmentationinvariablegreyimage,theimageprocessingbasedonVisualBasicprogrammingmethodwasadopted.ThemethodsofautomaticcontrastandpartialgreystretchwereusedtoenhancetheX-raydetectionimagewhichhasrelativelylowcontrast,thenautomaticthresholdmethodwascarriedouttosegmentthetwohighintensityzones,andweldzoneswhichcontainthesmalldefectswasextracted.Smoothingandsharpenprocessingwereproceededontheextractedweldzones,andsmalldefectsinX-raydetectionimageofweldmentswithcomplexstructureweresegmentedbyusingthemethodofbackgroundsubtractionintheend.Theeffectsofrasterwereeliminated,andbecauseofthattheimageprocessingwasonlyproceededontheextractedweldzones,thecalculatedspeedusingtheaboveprovidedalgorithmwasimproved.

简介:ThetreatmentoftheGacuncomplexCu-PbbulkconcentratewithhighZn,Ag,etc.,byoxygenpressureacidleachingwasstudied.Theprimarycopperandleadmineralsintheconcentratearetetrahedriteandgalena.Thetreatmentoftetrahedritewasrarelystudied,andmostofsilveroccurredinthemineraltoo.Theoptimumoperatingparametersofoxygenpressureacidleachingwereestablishedbyconditionaltests.Undertheseparameters,theresultofpilotscaletestshowedthattheleachingpercentagesofcopperandzincwereseparatelyashighas98.9wt.%and94.9wt.%,whileleadandsilverweretransformedintosulfateandsulfideprecipitations,respectively.Thecopperandzincinlixiviumwerereclaimedbyextraction-electrowinningandpurification-electrowinning,respectively,andtheleadandsilverintheresiduewerereclaimedseparatelybycarbonatetransformation-silicofluoricacidleachingandthiourealeaching.
简介:AnewtypeofcomplexsolidsuperacidcatalystWO3-ZrO2-SO42-withanacidstrengthH0≤-16.04waspreparedbykneadingZr(OH)4oramorphousZrO2withtungsticacid(H2WO4)(W/Zr=0.15),followedbyexposingthiscomplexhydroxidesto0.5tool/LH2SO4,calcininginairat700~800℃for3h.ThiscatalystpossessesbothstrongBronstedacidityandstrongLewisacidityexperimentallyshowedbyIRobservationofpyridineabsorbedonit.XPSandAEStechniqueswereemployedtoexaminethevalencestatesoftungsten,zirconium,sulfurandtheirinteractions.Thestructureofsulfurspecieswasstudiedbyinfraredspectroscopyandastructuremodelofactivesitewasproposedupontheseresults.
