简介:Doubledataratesynchronousdynamicrandomaccessmemory(DDR3)hasbecomeoneofthemostmainstreamapplicationsincurrentserverandcomputersystems.Inordertoquicklysetupasystem-levelsignalintegrity(SI)simulationflowfortheDDR3interface,twosystem-levelSIsimulationmethodologies,whichareboard-levelS-parameterextractioninthefrequency-domainandsystem-levelsimulationassumptionsinthetimedomain,areintroducedinthispaper.BycomparingtheflowofSpeed2000andPowerSI/Hspice,PowerSIischosenfortheprintedcircuitboard(PCB)board-levelS-parameterextraction,whileTektronixoscilloscope(TDS7404)isusedfortheDDR3waveformmeasurement.Thelabmeasurementshowsgoodagreementbetweensimulationandmeasurement.ThestudyshowsthatthecombinationofPowerSIandHspiceisrecommendedforquicksystem-levelDDR3SIsimulation.
简介:Inthispaper,anabinitio,localdensityfunctional(LDF)methodwasusedtoexploretherelationshipbetweenthemolecularpropertiesofadditivesandthelubricatingperformanceofaluminumrollingoil.Thestructuralpropertiesofbutylstearate,dodecanol,docosanol,andmethyldodecanoatewerestudiedaccordingtothedensityfunctionaltheory.Thecalculateddatashowedthattheatomsinoraroundthefunctionalgroupsmightbelikelythereactingsites.Becauseofthedifferentfunctionalgroupsandstructureofesterandalcohol,twotypesofcomplexadditives,dodecanolandbutylstearate,methyldodecanoateandbutylstearate,respectively,werechosenforstudyingtheirtribologicalpropertiesandperformingaluminumcoldrollingexperiments.Thetestresultsagreedwiththecalculatedresultsverywell.Thecomplexester,viz.methyldodecanoateandbutylstearate,hadthebestlubricatingperformancewithafrictioncoefficientof0.0841andapermissive-rollingthicknessof0.040mmascomparedwiththatofdodecanol-butylstearate-baseoilformulation.
简介:ThephysicalandchemicalpropertiesandsoundnessofBaosteelPowerPlant’sdrydesulphurizedflyashweresystematicallyinvestigatedandcomparedwiththoseofthesimilarbyproductsproducedbysomeotherdomesticpowerplants.Thefeasibilityofthesebyproductsusedasaconstructionmaterialwasalsoanalyzed.TheresultsshowthatBaosteel’sdrydesulphurizedflyashisakindofashwithhighcalciumandhighsulfurcontents,whichhasthecharacteristicsofvolcanicashactivity.Itcontainssulfateandsulfite,andiseasytocausesulfateactivation.Ithashigheractivitycomparedwithcommonflyash.Buthighercalciumsulfiteandfree-CaOcontentsinashwillbringaboutsoundnessconcernstousers.Therefore,qualitytestsandvolumecontrolwillbenecessarywhenflyashisusedasaconstructionmaterial.
简介:Thispaperpresentsthesurveyandresearchworkoftwoland-seaprofilesintheBohaiSea,China,carriedoutin2010–2011,includingtheseismicsourcesonlandandinthesea,theoceanbottomseismographs(OBS)andtheirrecovery,thecouplingofOBSandtheenvironmentnoiseinseaarea,thedataqualityofOBSs,andtheresultofdataanalysis.WefocusedontheinvestigationofcrustalstructuresrevealedbythetwoNE\EW-trendingjointland-seaprofiles.IncombinationwiththePn-velocitydistributionandgravitymagneticinversionresultsintheNorthChinaCraton,weproposethattheundulationoftheMohointerfaceintheBohaiandsurroundingareasisnotstrong,andthelithosphericthinningismainlycausedbythethinningofitsmantlepart.TheresearchresultindicatesthatobviouslateralvariationsofMohodepthandseismicvelocityappearnearbyallthelarge-scalefaultsinBohaiSea,andthereisevidenceofunderplatingandreformingofthelowercrustbymantlematerialintheBohaiarea.However,geophysicalevidencedoesnotappeartosupportthe"mantleplume"or"delamination"modelfortheNorthChinaCratondestruction.ThecrustalstructureoftheBohaiSearevealed"arelativelynormalcrustandobviouslythinnedmantlelid",localvelocityanomaliesandinstabilityphenomenainthecrust.ThesefeaturesmayrepresentacombinedeffectofNorthChina-YangtzecollisionatanearlystageandtheremoteactionofPacificplatesubductionatalatestage.
简介:Becomingtheworld’slargestemitterofcarbonmakesChinatheobjectofcriticism;however,peoplemayignorethefactthatwhenChinaexportslow-carbonproducts,thecarbonemissionshavebeenleftinthemeanwhile,formingtheso-called"embodiedcarbon".Usingtheinput-outputmodel,thispaperanalyzesthecarbonemissionintensityandamountofembodiedcarbonofvarioussectorsinChina’sexporttradein2002and2007,andfiltersouthighcarbonemissionsectors.Inaddition,thispaperalsopointsouttheproblemofcarbonemissions’internationaltransferfromdevelopedcountriestoChinathroughtheanalysisofnationalandregionalflowofexportcarbonemissionsandchangingoftheproportionofemissionsforexportsrelativetototalemissions,andexplainsthereasonthatcausedcarbontransfertoChinabyusingthetreadmillofproductiontheory.Basedonthat,thispaperproposessomemeasuresforcarbonreductioninChinafromtheforeigntradeperspective.
