摘要
ThephaseestimationbasedonM-thpoweralgorithmisemployedinadifferentialquadraturephase-shiftkeying(DQPSK)coherentopticalfibercommunicationsystem,andthesystemperformanceimprovementisinvestigatedthroughnumericalsimulations.Itisfoundthattheapplicationofphaseestimationalgorithmcanrestrainthephasenoiseinducedbylaserlinewidthandfibernonlineareffects,andrecoverthecarrierphase,sothetransmissiondistanceofa40Gb/sDQPSK-RZsystemcanbeextendedtomorethan1300kmwiththeBERbelow10-12.
