简介:Micro-bolometerpixelisanessentialelementintheinfraredfocalplanearray(IRFPA)ofinfrareddetectors.Itsresponsetoinfraredradiationisanalyzedinthispaper.Thepixelstructureismodeledasacompositelaminatethinplatewhosesidesaremeasuredwiththethicknessfrom0.1-1μm.Itsmiddleplyisaferroelectricthinfilm.Itstopsurfaceiscoveredwithagoldorplatinuminfraredabsorber,whilethebottomsurfaceisdepositedwithplatinumorlanthanum-nickel.Meanwhilebothsurfacesareapairofelectrodes.Thetopsurfacereceivesinfraredradiationpulsessuccessively.Fortheverytinymicrobolometerpixel,itisassumedthattheinfraredradiationisuniformlydistributedontheplate.Furthermore,astheratioofthesidelengthtothethicknessoftheplateisdramaticallylarge,itisassumedthatheattransferonlytakesplaceacrossthethicknessoftheplate.Thethermal-electric-mechanicalcouplinggoverningequationsaresolvedinaformofFourierseries.Resultsofthedisplacement,temperaturevariationandelectricoutputsignalsofthemicrobolometerpixelstructureunderinfraredradiationareobtained,analyzedandcomparedwithexperimentaldata.
